In order to handle their growth, end-customer Cotton-On decided to expand their warehouse with an identical tray Sorter for handling customer orders. Australia’s largest retailer, known for its fashion clothing and stationery brands and more then 1500 stores in 18 countries, was satisfied with the prior project and selected Vanderlande & EAE Solutions as their automation partners.
6 Operators induct items on the sorter. The items are scanned and safely transported to 1 of the 106 destinations. This automation enabled Cotton-on to reduce the number of FTE’s and make their outbound process more efficient.
